Rainbow Bread
Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk plus 1 egg yolk (totaling 1 cup together)
- 3 cups Gold Medal unbleached all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 1/4 teaspoons (1 packet) active dry yeast
- 1 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 2 teaspoons salt
- red, yellow, green and blue food coloring
